(一)用途 用于生產(chǎn)以MOCA BDO為擴(kuò)鏈劑的澆注型聚氨酯彈性體制品。如工業(yè)用膠輥、礦山用篩板、液壓密封圈、光伏導(dǎo)輪、汽車轉(zhuǎn)向軸球碗、石油清管器、旋流器、輸送管道內(nèi)襯等
(二)性能,特點(diǎn)
1、節(jié)能省電，采用電磁加熱，生產(chǎn)效率高，升溫快
2、計(jì)量準(zhǔn)確，高精度低速齒輪泵，誤差≤5‰
3、澆注頭，浮動(dòng)式機(jī)械密封，防止倒料
4、制品配有真空脫氣系系，表面無氣泡。
5、整機(jī)由PLC程序控制，自動(dòng)化程度，智能化程度高。
6、可選加色系統(tǒng)，降低成本，提高效益
Use
